Sphinn (pronounced spin) is a new social networking site like Digg, and it has some new aspects to keep the quality up. In your first week you can only submit one story per week. (Which is a good feature to keep the quality).
They have a different friendship procedure. If there is a writer you like you stalk them. That is a one way friendship. If the person wants they add you as friend.
