What I wanted to drop in to talk about here is what I am currently doing to increase revenue, and to say that it is working well at this point.

I have always been a low budget affiliate, and I make sites which rank well in search to sell most of my stuff. Recently I have been using other sites to do the same thing, without publishing on my domain all the time.

I am seeing results and I am excited about that. Maybe it is just because this is the early start of the holiday season, or maybe not. Not sure.

I became a member of several web 2.0 community sites that allow content publication and which have revenue sharing arrangements. I also started using a service offered by one of my oldest affiliations, USFreeAds.

My personal referral link is
www.usfreeads.com/10242_refer.html

The power of this site is humbling. They have big traffic, and it is not just entrepreneurial in nature. The traffic to this site is very well spread over many niche markets. It is a great site to advertise on.

So, I signed up for the Premium Service, and now I can develop ads on the service with no limit. I have only good, high quality ads of course, but I am making a lot of them. One great thing about USFreeAds is that their html enhanced ads index in search.

This site has several ways to enhance traffic and hits. The way I have chosen is only one. You can create and ad, and then enhance it as a Gold ad, or as a Featured ad. I guess if I get one that is doing so well it can't be ignored, I will further enhance it or feature it for the additional cost.

Some affiliates do well on this site. I have always been an affiliate of theirs, so I am kind of dumb for not doing this kind of thing earlier, but better late than never eh?

I wanted to ask if any of you have experience in promoting on this site? Are any of you making money promoting affiliate products or services as a featured or gold advertiser? I am looking for some further advice or marketer's perspective.

Well, that is right up my cheap alley. I make sites to index in search naturally, or as some say, organically. I started this about 8 days ago, and already some of my ads on the site are in a well known search engine. Very nice!

I used to be a premier member but didn't see much results at all.

Having said that, I hope it works for you :)

Well, I am now in my second month and I have made 12 times the cost so far, which I feel is success. Of course I will need to bring it up from there to call it a big success. I am using a new strategy where I create a new premium listing ad, and then I place tracking code on it so I can see who is viewing it. Next I am creating a link to that ad inside content areas of my site. A couple of these are in Google already, so now I am working up some new seo ideas.

Hey, it's almost Christmas. I better work on my shopping sites! Yikes !!

This is getting to be completely amazing for me. Yesterday I had 2 fairly good sales directly from ads I have placed through this system. One of them was a sale of the Shopster opportunity which comes from the Shareasale network. The ad which was clicked prior to the sale was on BizWiz, which is another aspect of being a premium member at USFreeAds ( all biz op ads are also sent to biz wiz ).

The other was a sale of an herbal health product also from Shareasale, and the referring site was a USFreeAds ad placed over a month ago. I have now got over 250 ads on the system, and some of them are getting some really big traffic. I am sticking to this project because it has more than paid for itself so far, and it is actually getting to be a new income stream. Very cool stuff.
