Where do you get your traffic for your website?

Actually none of those for me. I receive most of my traffic from direct referrals or the search engines. I think it would be tricky to work Myspace and Facebook in my niche because that's not exactly my audience, but it would be a nice audience to have that's for sure.

I used various traffic exchanges, text ads and safelists to get my sites around.

Traffic if untargeted has no value at all. I prefer Adwords.

For us mostly Google, some from Yahoo, Livesearch, Digg, StumbleUpon etc and some from Propeller as well. Barely any from smaller social bookmarking sites or any web directories. Also get a lot from IBLs on customer websites. Don't use Adwords, I like to think that the organic results are our table of contents, and since about 75% of our business comes from geo-targetted search it can be easy pickings to do really well in the SERPS.
