This has been quite a battle in Illinois. This bill flew through the House and Senate at record speed.
It was expected that the Governor would rubber stamp it, but folks in the affiliate marketing industry managed to put on the brakes. Just in time.
Hopefully the Governor will do the right thing and veto this.
