I'm also a Wordpress user. I started out with Wordpress and I don't feel the need to switch to any other platform. WP has tons of plugins, add ons and themes and is well supported so it's the perfect choice for anyone that wants to customize their blog exactly to their liking.

Since I had to start an account at blogger just to comment on some blogger blogs I started a blog over there - just to list my WP sites. I also have a blog on Wordpress.com for the same reason. I guess blogger is ok but I'm a diehard WP user.

I also had a Blogcharm blog. Blogcharm was run by Blogexplosion and they just shut down blogcharm (I'd already moved my BC blog to WP a year and a half ago). That platform was easy enough to use but there weren't really any addons or good ways to customize your site to make it stand out or function the way one might want it to.

I'm of the opinion that if you plan to blog for a long time, perhaps even make a living at it, it's much better to have a blog on your own domain. You don't have to go by any other sites rules and your domain name makes your site truly unique.

I like wordpress also as it's free, easy to install and set up and has alot of plugins that help it to be more friendly...people and search engines. It's very easy ans dragonden said to make it your own.

Well, I hate to sound like an echo in here, but I too use Wordpress. It is very powerful, flexible and easy to use. Not to mention it's pretty :)

Tee hee! :) But I wonder, do we all use the Wordpress.org (in otherwords, not the free version?). I've heard the free version, Wordpress.com, is much less lovable?
