I have been working on this side project of adding a new revenue stream in Forex for several months, with very little results. In fact, I have not been able to even get my Forex information page in the big 3 search engines at all, and 98% of all my pages are in the big 3. For some reason mine will not index, and I cannot seem to break in this niche. Wondered if anyone in this community is a Forex affiliate with some degree of success, and who might be willing to share some good advice with me?

I have also created some pages about Forex on Squidoo and on USFreeads, and I have sold 3 times using the USFreeads but only occasionally over the past 5 months or so. Any good help will be appreciated but please, only if you know about Forex. Thanks very much!... read more

Marketing a website is the same no matter what product you may be marketing. There are steps you need to take in order to build traffic and convert them to sales. I tried alot of programs and the one that helped me the most is www.marketingtips.com/reality-101/t/1154208
They provide lots of great information that can help you market and site or affiliate page more easily. I hope that this helps you.
Since I wrote this discussion item, my forex informational page has indexed in Google. However, the keywords I am using and the phrases may be wrong or something. Also, I may not be doing all the right things with this page because I am following a very effective methodology I developed myself for shopping pages, but it does not work as well for forex. Somehow, this is a market that is hard to get started in, and my standard methods don't work. All I want is for someone who is making money as a forex affiliate to have a look and give me some tips for improving my converions. I actually did have a 2nd conversion since I wrote this itme as well. I have the same problem with "free insurance quotes" which is another tough market to break into. Still, I never give up and I love a challenge in affiliate marketing.
