The Scoble incident on Quora has produced a ton of great reading about communities, behavior, expectations, self-promotion, etc.

This post didn't come about because of the Quora stuff, nothing to do with it, but someone linked to it from a comment in one of the discussions about the Scoble/Quora flareup.

As we build our own communities this sort of stuff is priceless.
