Every year, from mid-August through mid-October, I cook for the guests of the Driftwood Lodge in SE Alaska. Most of them are fly fishermen, some are duck hunters, and a few come to shoot moose or brown bear. Here are some impressions from a dream job and a great adventure for me over the last 10 years.
