BUMPzee server issues
We had an outage today for approximately two hours due to a DNS problem.
I’m still sorting out the details, but we’ll be working to prevent that from happening again.
I apologize, especially for the effect the slow-loading widgets have had on your own visitors.

I read similar article also named BUMPzee server issues, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
